Group9 Communications wrote and analyzed a UCAAS RFP for a  90+ year old, 800 employee Heavy Equipment Company based in the South West.  The customer is one of the top Caterpillar dealerships in North America.  Group9 analyzed the challenge and consulted with the customer to determine which carriers and technologies would ensure the best business outcomes. We narrowed it down to 4 through our partner portfolio of best-of-breed providers and, after careful consideration, decided to run a RFP to completely understand all the costs, challenges, technologies, and expectations.  Their existing communications tools weren’t unified, cloud-connected, or capable of delivering the seamless experience they deserved.  To that end, Group9 replaced its outdated, unreliable PBX system with a unified communications as a service (UCaaS) platform.
